Super comfortable from the first wear, no rub marks or breaking in period needed. I wore them all day without any discomfort, and even took them for a jog with no issues. They also look great styled with casual outfits. Highly recommend!

I love them exactly what I wanted. I liked competing brand with zero drop hint hint and the issues with those are solved with the ZuZus. The front doesn’t fold over and trip you up, the rubber outsole is grippy and has a little bounce and the straps are actually perfect length and are very comfortable. These are my perfect candles. Haven’t tried wet yet.

These are my new every day sandals! I am a US 7.5 and ordered both a 38 and 39 and kept the 38. The 39 would have worked but there was a little extra room on the front and back and I wanted a closer fit. I will continue to order from this company. And customer service was very helpful in my decision-making process!

Super happy with these sandals, a little less cuscioned than the Dune. I use the template and the size is perfect.
The straps are convenient to adjust. They are so thin that you can bring along for mountain hiking and you can use them in the refuges.
The ZuZu Drift is instantly my favorite sandal. I used to live in Teva's all summer before I switched to barefoot shoes. So, these have the strap style I love for all kinds of activities. They are comfortable. The footbed feels very non-slip. The outsole is a tire! They're actually lighter in weight than I expected, knowing the outsole was tire rubber. With 3 points of adjustment, it's easy to get a perfectly secure and comfortable fit. I also have a wider mid-foot and relatively flat feet; and these are one of the only barefoot sandals I've found that don't taper too much in the mid-foot.
I was initially unsure of sizing and could have been 45 or 46. Templates and size charts both indicated either size could work, as I'm right in-between. I opted for the 46 to be safe. Either size would actually work for me. If my next pair of ZuZu's is one of the Huarache styles, I will likely get the 45 for a closer fit, but these really work for me in this style.
I love all Zuzu Sandals. They're far and beyond my favorite barefoot brand. Their grooves are my all time favorites. SOO much better, for so many reasons, than similar styles from other companies I won't mention here. But, on to the Drifts. These are great for more casual spaces for me. I really like the feel a lot. The canvas bed is great. I use them for work as there is more material, and I don't look so completely barefoot as I do in my Grooves. My only issue is that they look much more "brown" in the photos. I was hoping for that darker brown color. These are much more of a lighter, khaki color, which isn't my favorite. So, still great, just know that the brown are really a light khaki.
I wanted to get some quality time in these sandals before reviewing. First, I hate velco on sandals. I find it stiffens the material, wears quickly if you need to constantly open and close it and it collects sand and dirt. I do believe there is a way to redesign the sandal eliminating the velco but still having all the adjustments. Second, it took some time for my pinky toe on my right foot to adjust to the straps and plastic junction point. I need to have the toe strap as loose as it will go without the top velco wrapping around the plastic junction. I think I'm over that issue. All that said, I find myself wearing these a lot. I really like the look, I'm getting comfortable with the fit, I have found adjustments that allow me to put on and remove the sandal without opening the velco and it's the same great sole and footbed as all my other Zuzu sandals. I also appreciate getting a break once in awhile from having sandals on with the toe strap. If the Velcro could be eliminated these would be 5+ stars.

1. אחיזה נהדרת וחזקה על הקרקע (יבשה, חלקה, רטובה, וכו'). בתחתית הסוליה יש פסים גסים בדומה לצמיג שקצת מרגישים אותם בזמן הליכה ממושכת, לא הפריע לי. על הפסים יש סדקים שכנראה נועדו לשפר אחיזה, ואני מופתע שהם לא מראים סימני בלאי בכלל בינתיים.
2. המדרך נעים ומדויק בצורה יוצאת מן הכלל. מהשוליים יוצאים שוונצים קטנטנים שקצת פוגעים במראה, אני מניח שאני יכול לשרוף אותם בקטנה. בדר"כ אני מזיע בסנדלים וזה מעצבן, בינתיים זה לא קרה בכלל.
3. הרצועות נוחות והסקוטשים ארוכים וחזקים. מרגיש שזה לא יהרס בקלות וישאר עמיד לאורך זמן. כיוונון קלאסי ונוח (אני מעדיף בלי רצועת מתיחה אחת ששולטת על כל הסנדל). הרצועה הקדמית של האצבעות יחסית אחורה כדי לאפשר תא בהונות רחב יחסית לסגנון הזה, שזה בדיוק מה שחיפשתי.
4. הסנדל גמיש ומתקפל בקלות "פנימה" (למעלה לכיוון הרגל). הכיוון ההפוך מרגיש מחוזק וקצת פחות יתקפל כלפי מטה.
הביקורת נכתבה לאחר חודש שימוש, כולל טיול שלושה ימים עם ציוד על הגב שבו היו לי נעליים בתיק אבל בסוף נשארתי עם הסנדלים כל הטיול. שווה כל שקל, אני שוקל לרכוש זוג נוסף בצבע אחר.
The new Drift Sandals are a great alternative to the thong style sandals which I equally enjoy wearing these are a pleasure to wear in any situation being lightweight they are great for all sorts terrain with superb grip and great ground feel. The communication and customer service is outstanding and the quick despatch is great, I've used Zuzu many times and will continue to use their great products because they provide the complete package of excellent value with superb quality products at a great price with super speedy delivery. Will they fit my foot shape?
ZuZu Sandals are designed with an adjustable strap system, so you can fine-tune the fit around your foot instead of relying only on a fixed upper. It works well for many foot shapes, including feet that need a bit more space around the toes.
For the best fit, print the size guide and check the exact shape of the sandal.
What if I choose the wrong size?
No problem. Try them indoors first, on a clean surface, and keep the sandals in new condition until you are sure about the fit.

How fast do they ship?

Is Drift good as a first barefoot sandal?
Drift is the easiest ZuZu models to start with if you’re new to barefoot-style sandals.
It has a flexible, zero-drop sole, so your foot can move naturally, but the 9mm stack gives more underfoot protection than ultra-thin barefoot sandals. The adjustable strap system also makes the fit easy to dial in.
Are they durable enough for travel and hiking?
Drift is built for travel, long walking days, beach use, city exploring, and light trails.
The sole combines flexible recycled rubber and rice husk with enough tread for everyday grip, while the recycled straps and durable hook-and-loop adjustment are made for repeated daily use.
Do they stay comfortable when your feet sweat?
Drift is great for humid weather and active days. The organic canvas footbed helps prevent that slick, sliding feeling that can happen when sweat builds up between your foot and a common rubber footbed.
Most sandals can feel slippery in extreme heat and sweat, but Drift was designed to solve that and keep going in any weather.
Can they get wet?
Yes. Drift is built to handle water, sweat, wet ground, beach days, and sudden rain.
The canvas footbed is especially important here. Unlike smooth rubber or synthetic footbeds that can become slippery when wet, Drift’s organic canvas surface helps grip the skin and reduce that sliding feeling underfoot. The straps are also designed not to stretch when wet, so the fit stays more consistent.
After they get wet, let them dry naturally. For best long-term care, avoid leaving them soaked for long periods or drying them with strong direct heat.
