To start a return or exchange, please fill out the form below.
We accept return and exchange requests up to 60 days after your order is delivered.
Items must be returned clean, in their original packaging, and in brand-new, resalable condition. Please try them on indoors only.
Items with dirt, foot odor, mold, visible wear on the soles or footbeds, fur, hair, or other signs of use may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%. In some cases, if the item cannot be cleaned, refurbished, or resold, the return may be refused.
Please include a note inside the package with your name and order number.

Returns
Once your return request is approved, we’ll send you the relevant return instructions and shipping label.
A flat return shipping fee of $8 will be deducted from your refund.
Original shipping fees, if paid at checkout, are non-refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping, no original shipping fee will be deducted.
Refunds are processed after the return is received and inspected at our warehouse.
Exchanges
Your first size exchange is free on any order over 80$.
Once your exchange request is approved, we’ll send you the return instructions and shipping label. After the original item is processed, we’ll ship the exchange item to the same address used on your original order.
Additional exchanges may require a shipping fee.
🌎 International Orders
Returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping to our warehouse in Ohio, USA.
Once your return request is processed, we’ll provide the exact return instructions. Please use a tracked shipping service and share the tracking number with us for smoother processing.
Refunds are processed after the return is received and inspected at our warehouse.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
For the fastest exchange, we recommend placing a new order for the item you want, then submitting a return request for the original item.
Once your return request is approved, please ship the original item back to us using a tracked shipping service and share the tracking number with us.
After the original item is received and inspected, we’ll process the refund.
If you prefer not to place a new order, please submit an exchange request and we’ll guide you through the available options.
How to send your item back
Please pack the original product box inside an external bag, mailer, or package.
Please do not place the shipping label, tape, or writing directly on the original product packaging. This helps us keep the packaging clean and reduce waste.
For USA returns and exchanges, drop the package off at the carrier drop-off point listed on your return label.
