Shipping Policy

All orders are primarily fulfilled from our facility in Ohio, USA. Depending on stock availability and destination, some international orders may be shipped from our facilities in Tel Aviv or Saigon.

Shipping Rates

  • USA: Free shipping on all orders over $100. For orders under $100, shipping costs range from $7 – $17.

  • International destinations: costs are calculated at checkout.

The exact shipping rate is calculated at checkout based on destination and order value / volume.

Delivery Estimates

  • USA: 2 – 8 business days.

  • International: 4 – 21 business days - more accurate estimation will be displayed at checkout.

International orders: delivery times may be increased by customs processing at the border. We advise selecting Express Shipping if the postal service in your country is not reliable.

Additional Information

  • Carrier: Orders are shipped via commercial carriers or international postal services depending on the selected method at checkout.

  • Large Orders: Shipping costs for orders of 3 or more pairs may increase. In such cases, you will be contacted regarding the updated shipping cost before the order is processed.

Local Taxes and Duties

Customers are responsible for all customs, import duties, and taxes imposed by their local government. Unless explicitly written at checkout, these additional costs are not included in the shipping price and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

We recommend reviewing your country’s import regulations before purchasing. If a package is refused due to import fees, the original shipping cost and any fees required to return the package to us will be deducted from your refund.
