Refund policy

We're happy to accept returns on sandals for up to 60 days after you have placed your order. 
The sandals must be in a brand-new, resellable condition and in their original packaging (please try them on indoors only). The customer will cover all shipping costs of returns \ exchanges.
Some examples of unacceptable conditions include dirt, foot odor, wear on soles or footbeds, dust, etc. Sandals received in an unacceptable condition will be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15% of the product cost, which will be deducted from the refund.

Returns

To initiate a return, please contact us for exact shipping instructions. We also recommend sending photos of the products before arranging the shipment. By doing so, we will make sure that the products are in an acceptable condition and in some cases provide the support that may solve your issue. Once we get the package, we will refund you for the cost of the products (shipping costs are non-refundable).

Exchanges

To initiate a return, you have two options to choose from:

1. Fastest - Send your sandals back to us (contact our support team for exact shipping instructions). Please include your name and order number in the package. At the same time place an order for the new pair on our website. We will send your new order ASAP and refund your account once the original pair gets back to us.

2. Normal speed - Send your sandals back to us (contact our support team for exact shipping instructions). Please include your name and order number in the package. Once we get your sandals, we will process your exchange and send you shipping confirmation once the new pair is sent out. We will ship the new pair in up to 3 days from the day we receive the returned one. During the exchange process, we will contact you regarding the extra charge for the shipment of the new pair.
