Refund policy

We accept return and exchange requests up to 60 days after your order is delivered.

To start a return or exchange, please submit a request through our Returns & Exchanges page. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we’ll send you the relevant return instructions.

Please do not send items back without first submitting a request and receiving return instructions from us.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Clean

  • Unused

  • In brand-new, resalable condition

  • Returned in their original product packaging

  • Tried on indoors only

Items showing signs of use may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%. This includes, but is not limited to, dirt, dust, foot odor, mold, visible wear on the soles or footbeds, fur, hair, stains, or any other signs that the item has been worn or used outdoors.

If an item cannot reasonably be cleaned, refurbished, or resold, the return may be refused.

Please include a note inside the package with your name and order number.

USA Returns

For USA orders, all returns are sent back to our returns warehouse in Cleveland, Ohio.

A flat return shipping fee of $8 will be deducted from your refund when we provide the return label.

Original shipping fees, if paid at checkout, are non-refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping, no original shipping fee will be deducted.

USA Exchanges

Your first size exchange is free on orders over $80.

Additional exchanges, exchanges on orders below $80, or exchanges for reasons other than size may require a shipping fee.

Exchange items are shipped after the original item is received and processed, unless otherwise approved by our support team.

International Returns & Exchanges

International customers are responsible for return shipping to our returns warehouse in Cleveland, Ohio, USA.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service and sharing the tracking number with us. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Original shipping fees, duties, taxes, customs fees, and any other import-related charges are non-refundable.

For international exchanges, we usually recommend placing a new order for the item you want and submitting a return request for the original item. If you prefer not to place a new order, please submit an exchange request and we’ll guide you through the available options.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.

Refunds apply to the amount paid for the returned item, after any discounts, promotions, gift cards, shipping fees, return shipping fees, or restocking fees are accounted for.

Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.

Order cancelation

You may request to cancel an order before it has shipped.

To submit a cancellation request, please use the cancellation option available from your order page or customer account. Once your request is submitted, you will receive a confirmation by email.

Cancellation requests are reviewed as quickly as possible. If your order has not yet been fulfilled or handed over for shipment, we will cancel the eligible item(s) and issue any applicable refund to the original payment method.

If your order has already been fulfilled, packed, shipped, or handed over to the carrier, it can no longer be canceled. In that case, you may still request a return or exchange according to our return and exchange policy by using our return or exchange request form.

Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee that the order can be stopped before shipment, but we will process eligible requests promptly and in line with applicable consumer protection laws.

Discounts, Bundles & Promotions

If your order included a discount, bundle, free gift, or promotional offer, your refund may be adjusted to reflect the final price paid for the item being returned.

If returning part of an order changes the order’s eligibility for a discount, free shipping, bundle price, or promotional offer, the refund may be recalculated accordingly.

Final Sale Items

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible and include photos of the item and packaging.

These cases are reviewed separately from regular returns and exchanges.

Packaging Requirements

Please pack the original product box inside an external bag, mailer, or package.

Do not place the shipping label, tape, or writing directly on the original product packaging. This helps us keep the packaging clean and reduce waste.

Returns that arrive with damaged or unusable original packaging may be subject to a restocking fee.

Refused or Unclaimed Packages

If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, we may deduct the original shipping cost, return shipping cost, and any related carrier fees from the refund.
