We build ZuZu sandals to last using the finest materials, solid construction, and attention to every detail. But if something goes wrong, we’re here to help.

What’s Covered in our warranty

Our warranty covers any manufacturing defects for 12 months from the date of purchase. This includes issues like faulty gluing, damaged buckles, broken lace plugs, or stitching that doesn’t hold up.

After 12 Months

Even after the warranty period ends, you're not on your own. Depending on the situation, we may still be able to help with repairs. In these cases, we’ll ask you to cover shipping costs.

What’s Not Covered

Our warranty doesn’t apply to damage caused by irregular use - for example:

• Chewed straps (we see you, dogs)

• Extended exposure to extreme heat (like inside a parked car)

• General wear and tear over time
